Perfect for sharpening and honing all types of knives, it produces a cutting angle of approximately 14 degrees per side. Use the Coarse slot for dull blades, then hone to razor-sharpness with the Fine slot. To refresh an already sharp edge, just run the blade through the Fine slot. W•sthof has introduced a new logo for their cutlery. Please note that the logo on your knives may differ slightly from images shown here. Suitable for all types of blades, including serrated (using the Coarse stage only). Ideal for W•sthof PEtec knives.
